Clear rules are why the park stays pleasant. Here is what we ask, stated up front so there are no surprises after you park — including arrival times, the deposit, cancellations, and pets.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 10 days before your arrival date and you receive a full refund, less the processing fee.
Cancel with less than 10 days' notice and the amount becomes a reservation credit you can use any time within one year. Nothing is simply forfeited.
Pet policy
Pets are part of the family here, and we do not charge a park pet fee.

- Sites kept tidy — no permanent outdoor storage or junk accumulation
- Rigs must be roadworthy and in reasonable condition
- Guests are welcome; residents are responsible for them
How we handle problems
Someone from the office talks to you directly. Most issues end there. Repeated problems end a stay — that is the trade for keeping the park the way people came here for.
Rig age and condition
We look at condition rather than a hard model-year cutoff. If your rig is older but well kept, send photos to the office and we will tell you honestly before you drive out.

Enforced quiet hours. Generators, loud music, and late traffic are addressed directly.

Your site is yours. Neighbors keep to their space and their noise.
Honesty
The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay. Electric is sub-metered at cost.
