- Rigs must be roadworthy and in reasonable condition
- Guests are welcome; residents are responsible for them
How we handle problems
Someone from the office talks to you directly. Most issues end there. Repeated problems end a stay — that is the trade for keeping the park the way people came here for.
Rig age and condition
We look at condition rather than a hard model-year cutoff. If your rig is older but well kept, send photos to the office and we will tell you honestly before you drive out.
